Description
I visited the graves of ancestors today,Through stillness and calm along morn's pathway,
Their passing brought me to a stop, to pause,
How alive their memory's are, with just cause,
We can reflect and cherish how life is,
When we make it so, and better as one says,
To find power together and within,
Reinforcing steps forward to begin,
With vigour a new day united true,
That which bonds and believes, now sees us all through.
In our hands the power of distant lands,
Connecting forebears this is where hope stands,
What's been our hearts are clean this day anew,
Days, weeks, months or years can shape our view,
With no boundaries to deny wishes,
Borne of a timeless dream that builds bridges,
Never easy...always imaginable,
Outside the box ignore the fashionable,
And take hold of love fully found among -
The path upon which healing's truly strung.
