Just a bit. The high ISO helped the photos atmosphere on its own though :]
In Photoshop go to Image>Adjustments>Channel Mixer. Choose your channel (red green or blue) then move the constant down and the color up and it makes the colors look like dual toned film.
You can do that to more than one channel to get different colors
