his and barry's costumes have slight differences

I think Wally's supposed to be the only one with white eyes, or was, but I thought Wally's belt went all the way around and Barry was the one with the wings instead of lightning bolts over his ears. And if that Robin is Dick, then it would have to be Wally since they're like the same age, but if it's Tim, then that wold probably Wally.

yeah, wally has eye covers but his belt is the two lightning bolts, while barry's is just one that goes all the way around. barry also had wings on his boots, and i think i recall a few people drawing wally!flash with wings instead of bolts over his ears, depends on their preference i guess
