Emilia Clarke, who plays her in the show, refused to wear contact lenses because they were uncomfortable. If you're not sure and think it's worth the trouble, you can always make a copy and edit it, upload it next to the original and see which one people like more. Or make your own choice. If not, just leave it as it is. It's Art, and therefore subjective to creation mood and interpretation so, there's no wrong or right.
