This is absolutely gorgeous. I love your strokes, and how you go for realism. What's astounded me most is the tail. It's perfectly done, and you made it look exactly how a real crocodile's tail would be curved. And those scales, they're beautiful. They go perfectly along the back of this crocodile, leading straight down the tail. This is a perfect croc. You made it look all together, and every thing blends together.
Onto the head, I adore that nose. I could never do some thing like that. I also love how you made the lips of the crocodile rigid, and the teeth go so well together.
