Been a while since I drew the big man. So without further ado, here you are! Been a while since I've done any art at all. Coming out of an artblock slowly, so I hope you enjoy! Happy New Year!

Personality -
Above all else, The Lionman is a warrior, his demeanor is that of a viking, war ready and militant, after all the years of battle hardening his become powerful and fortified beyond compare. However he has his core attributes he never lost, like a quick wit, and friendliness to those he considers his team. He also cares deeply about justice and doing the right thing, he has a strong moral compass, obsessively so. And as a monarch he feels he has the position to enforce his moral compass by any means necessary.

Inventory -
Nanite Tonormium armour - This armour is used by Lionman formed with a press of his belt buckle and envelopes around him for battle, it can absorb certain amounts of kinetic energy to soften blows against him and is more durable than any known material on our earth substantially.

Sword Of Agregus - A weapon once wielded by an ancient God, This sword is bonded within Lionman, and he can use it whenever he wills, this sword can slice through almost anything known to his verse. It can also create portals to teleport, stop time within a certain radius, move backwards and forwards throughout time in that radius, and alter the fabric of reality in that radius.

Axe Of Nemea - A weapon forced by the soul magic of the Nemean Lion in a godly weapon casing made by Hephaestus. And blessed by the magic of Hecate. This weapon has the ability to unleash flurries of magic energy as well as physically cause enough damage to terrify the gods themselves.

Powers -

Superhuman Strength - Lionman is perhaps one of the physically strongest heroes on Earth. And he’s notoriously respected and revered for that. In even his human form. He possesses incredible strength, able to topple and throw around large vehicles like super tanks and other war time weapons, catch and smash massive boulders, and hold up collapsing building debris for extended amounts of time. He can naturally enhance his physical strength with the Way Of The Lion, which is a form of ki, chi or chakra which can create an energy aura with Lion features around him, the extent of this is unknown but when used in his human form, he has been able to put holes in mountains as large as villages when enraged. In his Lionman form, he is even able to rival the Gods, as his physical power is multiplied many fold. His strength is further enhanced with Primal forms, as is his physical appearance. However his control over these forms gradually thins as he becomes angrier, more beast-like and unrestrained. Primal 4 is said to possess enough power to decimate all the gods of Olympus.

Superhuman Speed - The Lionman possesses great speed, even in his human form, he has the ability to move faster than a bullet and swat off rounds of bullets. However his reaction time is faster than his travel speed, as he’s able to split a lightning bolt right through the middle even as a human. In his Lionman form, he’s able to react to heroes and villains well beyond lightspeed. And can even keep up to the top tiers.

Superhuman Stamina - The Lionman can move, fight, go on continuously, due to his body healing via the Primal energies, he can replenish himself continuously, though not forever, as his healing factor would eventually wear out after an extremely extended period of time.

Regenerative Healing Factor - Lionman is able to regenerate from near fatal wounds. The more damage done to his body the longer it takes to heal. As the healing factor is slown due to how hard his body is required to work. He can also create immunity to toxins, venoms and poisons as well, as his body can also effectively fight them off.

Berserker Roar - The Lionman is able to unleash a roar that sends catastrophic sound waves in his vicinity, this is perhaps his most destructive power that can shake the radius so hard it creates ridiculously powerful EarthQuakes. It’s a release of the energy in his soul being manifested through rage. It is unknown to the full extent of this power. But the results are often tragic. However he can also focus this power into concentrated sound beams or a disabling technique by using it on a lower setting. It can create a massive sound wave either from the front or omnidirectionally, it can cancel out energy and physical attacks, it can deafen the enemy, it can render enemies unconscious.

Weaknesses -

The longer the Lionman is exposed to water the more his powers will slowly sap away. The larger the body of water the quicker this process is. Lionman is also vulnerable to sound based attacks due to his superhuman heightened senses. Lionman’s greatest weakness is his morality, he doesn’t kill if he can neutralize. This however only counts for living beings that is. Lionman is regal and charismatic but he can have a temper which can cloud his judgment if he’s not focussed and that can lead to bad decision making. And that’s when his switch flips. Becoming extremely aggressive in battle. Not showing compassion. And due to his pride, Lionman will never turn down a challenge, that means that he'll battle anyone, even if it puts him in danger or the enemy is more powerful than himself. Or if an enemy challenges him to put him at a disadvantage. Unless it’s completely nonsensical he will oblige just to prove how much of a badass he is.

Backstory -

There was a universe, almost identical to our own. Same planets, same solar systems, same galaxies. The only difference was the inhabitants. They were superhuman in our eyes and they were called Evolutionary Humans. They were humans, who evolved through time, more powerful than ordinary humans because they developed superpowers, through evolution and genetic splicing with Gods as their ancestors, meaning every Evolutionary Human is partially a God.

Their universe was nearing the end due to overuse of quantum computers. Their technology, even though millennia more advanced than ours, could do little to nothing in relation to rebuilding said universe. The damage was done because of oblivion and arrogance. Not identifying the strain on the fabric of time and space with their blind and mindless advancement in technology and societal practice.

Lionman belongs to the Omega Reality. The Omega Reality is a Reality almost identical to our universe in every way. The inhabitants are filled with superpowers that range from street level, to cosmic level. That was since the Evolutionary Humans from a baron Reality migrated for their survival. The Ultravox of that time, over used these quantum computers, which altered the Reality to which he saw fit, but he didn't account for all the variables and he was accidentally destroying the fabric of reality.

His son however, the present Ultravox, as a teenager could use them without damaging Reality, due to his natural inherent understanding and mastery. But the leader of a secret society, Exodius, (Word pun on Exodus) wanted the race to follow him. He fought relentlessly and eventually killed the original Ultravox, but he was locked up.

Peter, who's the son of that Ultravox and the next in line, fought against the villains for years before being able to at the last legs of the Reality, transport his people to another Reality. So Peter took the reins of Ultravox and finished the quantum computers. But as the race migrated and arrived on the new Earth, the enemy followed.

He unfortunately brought the war to the new Earth, after years of battling, sacrifices from human and Evolutionary Human alike, the heroes won, and thus Ultravox started global repairs and reparations. Eventually becoming the emperor of Oceania. Becoming a global superpower.

Ultravox befriended the Earth’s leaders and managed to secure a place for him to rule over. Which is known on our earth as Victoria, but it was changed to Pinnacle City. But there was more evil lurking, Ultravox X was planning Exodus's escape. Exodus's master, Morganeth, sworn pain on Ultravox's family line because Morganeth was the immortal sworn enemy of the original Ultravox, Peter’s far ancestor.

At the age of 15, Daniel started having blackouts when in danger, he performed feats he shouldn't have been able to do, he decided to leave for training, he went to the Marenza Mountains, somewhere in the Himalayas, to scale the extremely tall mountain to find the secluded Marenza village. So he could train with the legendary Master Zhao Yazhu. This master would train Daniel in hopes of unlocking his Evolutionary Genes.

During this time he befriended many students and fighters including his best friend,Wayne. He trained there for months before the tyrant Morganeth tracked down Daniel and killed his Master brutally, then presumably Daniel’s best friend. Then Morganeth, the son of Satan tortured Daniel and threw Daniel off a mountain when he thought Daniel to be dead.

Daniel was retrieved by a Ninja Clan, The Blood Moons, partially mindwiped by the physical, mental and emotional trauma. This meant he didn’t know who he even was, only thing he knew about himself was his name and that he barely survived a catastrophic incident. He was trained to be a brutal murderer, because his morals and values eclipsed him and the clan slowly assimilated him to their ways. But through time, Daniel started to regain some aspects of his memory. Coupled with the trauma of Morganeth. This led to Daniel leaving the clan and going out into the wilderness on his own.

Daniel survives in the Himalayan wilderness on his own for an entire year. Fighting against vicious animals. Daniel crossed paths with the Extinguish Agency, a group formed to deal with Evolutionary Villains. Daniel was recruited and trained there learning to deal with evil super powered villains and how to take them out. Daniel on a mission was sent to an abandoned cave to retrieve the artefact "Elixir of Vitality''.

To get this elixir, he had to fight Armadillion, an Evolutionary Villain who was 8 feet tall and 1000 pounds heavy, who had a shell that was three times harder than steel Daniel fought him physically just for some fun, however, he was overpowered eventually by this villain. So he took it upon himself to drink the Elixir without any testing and his strength and speed multiplied ten fold. Daniel used his Raion No Michi (Way Of The Lion) martial art he learnt from a Zhao Yazhu to out fight Armadillion before sending him through a wall of rock, arresting him.

It took him a full year since then to come to full realisation of who he was, once he did, he knew he had to come back to Pinnacle City. Where he joined his father's team. He then stayed on his father’s team for about a year before violent blackouts from the demonically enhanced PTSD arose, he left the team to experiment on himself to try to stop these blackouts. Daniel travels to the African Savannah to study meditation and Spiritual Practice. During this time, Daniel grew a beard.

The ritual brought out who Daniel was on the inside, turning him into an embodiment of self, The Lionman as he was forced to fight in a war-torn limbo for thousands of years spiritually, but only three physical years. His father, Ultravox, found his whereabouts and helped him defeat the ruler of this realm, The Demonic God Moltouros. Alongside the revolution combatants who also had great power. Lionman was the one to ultimately defeat him after earning the Sword of Agregus which once belonged to the elder God Agregus who was killed by Maltouros after eons of fighting evil wearing down his body.

Lionman then decided to leave the realm with his father. As there was no need for him to stay, Ultravox finds out that this Lionman warrior was his son, as he suspected at the back of his mind, as Lionman reverts back to his human form. He worked solo for a couple years before finally rejoining the team and gaining two sidekicks, Meltdown and Tyranissus, he then started his own team a couple years after that.
And now we're in the present time.
