(for the contest) This art piece is my absolute favorite that you have created, as I have mentioned in my comment on your main deviant art page, I have trouble describing how art makes me feel, but to keep it as simple to understand as possible, this piece makes me want to create music, it motivates to me to continue making music and to always strive to create something unique and original, just like all your art pieces and especially THIS PIECE. the mixture of darkness but yet beautifully creative is nothing less than stunningly original! - KEN (PRoteCiouS)

I guess that's what I thought of when I seen this. A father lecturing about "That tree on the hill" Your artwork is fantastic and extremely dark. done in acrylics. Very nice. I was starting to think acrylics couldn't

It's not always easy to get the acrylics to behave like you want them to, but it can be done.

The Elder tree of death. I like how it is represented here and as the new year begins a new life is reborn represent on his bottom branches.
Cool picture and concept. If I knew more about art I would critic it but, am not much of a critic. I think it is very well done with that said though.
