Just a quick pic.I love the rain. It rains a lot where I live and the rainy season just started! So I decided to draw a quick pic of Jade staring at the rain, not minding if she gets wet.
Yes those are flip-flops. At my school we have open halls, and in the rain during the winter you can see girls walking around in a sweatshirt, miniskirt, and flip-flops. No joke, it's quite common actually.

*on photoshop* I made one layer of a ton of down stokes then copied that layer and moved it so there are now twice as many rain drops. Then I took the original rain layer and made the 'outer glow' effect in white with a good sized spread to make it fuzzy. Hope that helps!

I love watching the rain(preferably with warm footwear), and I think it's a really "unique" feeling that you could transfer to this drawing.

Love it. Best part's the sandles. Same thing happens at my school. I'm one of the ones that wears sandles all winter as well.
