This is the Groomsman gift I gave to my friend Peter instead of a flask with his initials in it. Here’s more on that [link] . I’ve wanted to draw this for a while as well. This is my favorite part of ‘Empire Strikes Back’, when the Falcon is leaving Hoth and trying to outrun 3 Star Destroyers and does that funky downward dog rotating twist that is just so much fun.The Falcon was done all in brush so I could get practice. Didn’t have the patience to do that for the Star Destroyers.
