Trying to do a photo realistic eye in colour and man is it difficult. I its amazing what depth you got in the iris. Is there any tips you might have for me?

I'm rather jealous at how well you can draw/colours eyes xD So real @^@ I imagine your hands to be like what they were like in Art class and smudging the Oil paints
