Hey ! Um, this is the first time I write a Critique, but I'll do my best.
Forgiveness in advance for any errors that you find in it.

So ! To begin, I would first point out that this is a very beautiful drawing in respect of traditional art. I don't know if you possess a draft to the mine under these ink strokes or if you did it to the show of hands, but anyway I take my hat off to you.

In the drawing in general, I just love the concept of a cat under a full moon.

The shape of the cat is simply beautiful, its position and its slimming of feline make it looks very refined.
The way you make the fur is also very beautiful ! Therefore, I might have done least at the bottom of the neck and at the beginning of the tail and I would have a little more sophisticated them (especially in the tail)... certain lines seem made too quickly, you should take your time and choose more carefully where they go (it will allow you to put shadows in more accurate locations than small spots here and there).

I love the shape of the face, ears and eyes, the cat as a whole to good proportions.

If I go with the colors depth, I find them well chosen. There's a contrast between the dark night represented in the background and the white cat. The moon and the stars gold and silver/white are very pretty. The orange color of the cat's eyes differs from the repetition of white cats with blue eyes (or green) that are seen everywhere.

There's one thing that I love. Is that you did not make the gray shades ! Most people think the lights and shadows on a drawing boil down to white, gray and black, this is not your case and continues with this way of thinking ! It's much prettier.
