You can paint with all the colors of the wind...Love this movie!
One of my favorite princesses.
Please excuse the fact that I am absolutely terrible at drawing animals haha.
Also, this is the first time in a LONG time I have actually tried to draw a legit background.

What a beautiful job. Love all the details and your animals look amazing. My only critique is that in that pose, Pocahontas looks a bit stiff in her shoulders. Other than that everything looks perfect.

Good point! If I have time to edit, I'm definitely going to look into fixing that. Problem is, I'm not exactly sure how, haha. I might play around with it.

I'd say you have drawn Meeko perfectly actually, but there's something different about Pocahontas. Her face seems modern like a fourth or fifth generation indian perhaps. haha. Love the movie. This picture makes me want to watch it again.

Gosh, I had SO much trouble with her face! To be honest it's not exactly what I wanted. But, I feel like after the 5 different faces I ended up painting (...lol) this was the one I was most happy with. She doesn't look Caucasian so for the most part I'm satisfied! Hahaha.

I love Pocahontas too! My family calls me "Pocahontas" whenever I put my hair in two braids around my neck. It ticks me off a little sometimes, but I feel close to my partial background too whenever I braid my hair. :3 I loved that movie...

From my mom's mom, but I'm mostly A LOT, and I'm not exaggerating, of European from a ton of the the countries. My fave's being Finnish, Finnish RULE!! We tricked like the Germans(or whatever enemy we had once, IDK) into falling onto painted ROCKS that they thought was soft SNOW! ^^ *evil cackling!*
