This is a really interesting picture- I keep wondering about what the significance of the dog is. I feel like it died protecting the boy and he feels guilty because of that perhaps. Or maybe he was cruel to it in life and now regrets it.
I really like the look on his face though; he looks like he's guilty about something at any rate. Nice work c:

nah its something else. this dog is how he sees his own mother or how he wish she ended as. he loathes her for what she does to him. he looks at her and is simply disgusted thats all
