that is the reason his fur is not grey as lupus fur, because Lupus is a grey wolf coming from europe, while Danny comes from mexico
both are different species, but werewolves bros at the end !
Lupus speaks german, that is the reason you will find german words, that are pretty similar to english
however spanish... which is spoken by daniels, is harder to understand XD, sorry but i really wanted to add this spanish and german elements XD

Lupus Worax loves werewolftransformations a lot, he also feels a lot of power while Daniels is transforming, and he admit he enjoys it, but he also is there to protect his friend
imagine... is the first time he bites and make transform another human to a werewolf , of course he also would feel really really amazed and exited about the process !!!
things are changing a lot this night ! and Daniel also wants to achieve this, he screams in spanish because he feels a lot of pain!!!! that is the reason he is saying things in spanish, imagine you are feeling a lot of pain, maybe you start to speak in your own language
