Naw. Anything natural is something that the Body in itself is capable of performing. The bones, muscles, etc are all based on Cells. It's the cells in the body that are multiplying at an expedient rate, not only giving the user one HELL of a powerful set of metabolisms but also serves as a healing factor. If he sprained his ankle earlier that day, no problem; the TF would heal that wound up in no time flat.
