I really like the composition (that you cant see the eyes for example) and the choice of colors.
The idea with the highkey is not bad - but a lot of the areas are burnt out. Especially in the face this is something to avoid (no skin texture visible above the nose for example).

This is great.The hair is very well done.It's spread out instead of bring clumped together.The way that the lines of the face are drawn is perfect.

Truly an amazing image, this. What impresses most are the strong composition characteristics: curves and diagonals blend together to draw the eye to the most colorful part of the image, red lips, and the surrounding white serves to hold our attention in place. Very very well done!
