it looks very very pretty ! how much time did you spend on it? on the butterfly i mean.. i can only imagine the work put into it and i probably still can't grasp the reality

I get asked that a lot and I really cannot answer. I don't pay attention to the time. When I carve, I'm in another world.Β I cut the butterfly out of a block of Walnut that the customer brought me. It didn't take that long. I enjoyed doing these butterflies and I will do more for the gallery. It was a cool learning experience.

i also LOVE the night... would always pick it over day time.. but somehow i keep trying to stay later but i wake up at 7 am .. with no alarm clock while having absolutely no need to get up that early...Β
was never able to wake up so early i have no idea what's going on haha
