Sometimes it is very challenging photographing my work especially in my shop, but all of the flowers are 3 dimensional and stand out for the piece but because of the lighting, it seems that the flowers are less 3D in the lower area.

You're a sweetie! Thanks my Friend. I carved the butterfly out of a square piece of walnut. The rest of the piece is apple wood.

I got lucky and the contrast was just what I wanted. The apple wood surprised me by how much it did change with the finish on it.
