To start off with i love portraits in black and white. i feel it gives a photo a different feeling. allows your mind to fill in the color if you want. what i like about this picture is that it is black and white it allows the models beauty to stand out. very well done.

First the background. The grey of the water is broken by a black reflection and a bit of the shoreline on the bottom.
And second the necklace. I like things concentrated and simple. So, IΒ΄d prefer her without it.

that darkness in the water was the reflection of the bridge on the water. I like how it breaks up the gray tones surrounding her and really makes that side of her pop. I also think she looks gorgeous in this photo
