Awesome work here! This surprised me considering Alastor is a demon and you clearly see the holy cross multiple times in this, which seems extremely odd to me. Also Alastor's face in this reminds me somewhat of Mad Mod from the Teen Titans animated series, idk why. Very awesome though! Love it!

Funny enough, I pair Alastor up with my OC who is half gypsy on her mom's side. She was inspired by Esmeralda in terms of looks and mannerisms.

I still like some of the new Disney movies. Zootopia was good and Coco I love.
But I get what you mean. I especially miss when Disney actually did memorable villains. Not every villain needs to be a surprise twist, villain.

I just feel like nowadays Disney is scared of being 'too dark'
The Hunchback movie was REALLY dark when you look at it through adult eyes, and in that sense, I dont see it being done in today's movies.

In some ways, I can understand why they don't go too dark these days. Humanity is already dark enough...Like I turn on the news and it's nothing but hell with how cruel people can be. For kids, very dark stuff is everywhere and they're exposed to it 24/7 with the internet being a thing. So I can understand that maybe for Disney, it's kinda hard to with how sensitive people are these days and also maybe not wanting to go that dark when kids are exposed to already scary things in real life.
I mean I know it's not okay for people to ignore dark things but I'm just saying it's hard to touch upon it towards kids these days. Not like back then where it wasn't as much. The 90s were a totally different era then now.
That and right now with how crappy their super hero movies are and the backlash they're getting, they're not in the exact position to take any risks, least as of now.
