Ok. Oh my Raptor Jesus, that is awesome.
And yet, still something off about it. Im not complaining or anything. But i work at a Paleontological site, and something about that Triceratops. Unless its a Torosaur. skull structure just is kinda off...
Of course, ive just got a femur up my ass about these things. BUT IT IS STILL FREAKING AWESOME!
This is why i want them to successfully reverse engineer chickens into Dinosaurs. Because, if we could do that... I would kill to ride a Parasaurolophus to work.
LOVE IT! Its going in my favorites.

Same here! The Parasaurolophus is my fav. dinosaur (along with the Velocaraptor [sorry if I spelt it wrong, I suck with my spelling] and Tyranosaurous-rex)

Velociraptor's were actually no higher than 2 feet. They had longer snouts, but were still very smart. The Man sized Raptors in Jurassic Park were actually Utahraptors. They were the largest raptor species in existence. Shorter snout than the Velociraptor.
I got to meet Dr. Jack Horner, the Paleo expert who worked on the J.P. films as their Dinosaur adviser. It was so cool. So awesome. He told me about how they wanted to make the raptors scary, but to do that they had to incorporate a few different aspects from a few raptor species. Which is cool. lol

I see ^-^ yes I also new they weren't as big as people say. I still have many dinosaur books in my book case but now I'm into Dragons and I don't know how that happened... anyway my favourite feature of a Parasaurolophus is its crest that is supposed to make a noise that's similar to a trumpet.

Yes. The crest is actually filled with hollow tubes, acting like a trumpet or trombone. Valves, like your vocal cords, would cause increasing or decreasing resistance to determine the kind of sound being made. You can look up how it really sounds on youtube.
Dr. Jack Horner took a Cat Scan of a crest and had it fabricated. It was actually quite interesting work.|
By the way: Brontosaurus doesn;t exist. Crazy, but true.

^-^ thank you for explaining how the crest worked and why doesn't the Brontosaurus exist? Did someone add extra bones to the find or something?

No. Brontosaurus is actually the Apatosaurus.

Wow, the content is creative and imaginative to say the least. Reminds me of Dinotopia (the books and art, not just the B movie).
The lighting effect is a bit overpowering, but its still really impressive! I love it! This kind of imaginative art is always fun to see.
Jeez, I wish I could go hunt with only a dinosaur to kill with... oh man, what the hell are they hunting???
Congratz on the feature.

Awesome! While it's not the most complex of depictions, it's a window to a new world and society. I love this! Excellent work, my friend- the concept of people hunting from atop ceratopsian dinosaurs is fantastic!

Am I the only one who thought of Turok: Dinosaur Hunter when I saw this? But anyway, this is an excellent work of art, truly spectacular.

Just something I'd like to point out: reins are usually attached to a sensitive part of the animal's anatomy. This is so the animal can feel even the slightest nudging from the rider. You have the reins looped around the Triceratops horns, which I doubt are very sensitive.
Just a thought.

This does so remind me of 'Dinotopia'. I loved those books, mostly because of the beautiful art.
Beautiful. Just beautiful.

Reminds me of some pretty fascinating speculative scenarios!
Not to mention that the physical work itself -the lighting, positioning, movement and all- is excellent in itself!
