My interpretation of this is some sort of alien anime girl self gratifying device .

Did you draw the drop shadow and the reflecting light aswell with markers?

The reflective light was done with the prisma white pencil. The shadows though I will admit are done with photoshop. It's part of the Fengzu tutorial on how he went about doing shadows.
