Description
Thought I'd knock out this one before I leave for E3 in about 3 hours, and then I'm gone! That's right I'm heading out to LA for a good week of nothing but videogames and fun in the sun!
Anyway, Here's a grayscale version of Leo.
Leo comes from the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.

What materials did you use? PS2 for the background?...or more?
What exactly did you do?

Well there's not much to say about the bg, I just used a soft edge brush. 0% hardness, and 30% spacing.

What about the rest of the picture? Soft pencils? What did you use for the whole piece?

well I used a light non-photo blue prisma pencils to sketch it out, and then go over it with a mechanical pencil 03 and 05 HB leads.
In photoshop I take out the blue by going to Hue/saturation, by pressing "Ctrl+U" Then I scroll down the "Edit" option from "Master" to "Cyan" and lighten out all the blue in the piece. knocks it right out.
If there is still more grey unwanted lines, I'll press "Ctrl+L" to get Levels and slightly take out the greys.

unfortunately I think I went to the last one. They aren't doing it anymore, or atleast not all in one place anymore. Which kinda sucks, I was going to hold a contest where the prize would have be a free pass to next year's E3. But since that fizzled out I'm just going to make an Xbox360 Premium pack the replacement prize for the next contest that I hold. Which will be as soon as my website goes back online.

well I've seen some of the video game that they're making for the new movie, and it looks interesting, but I don't know yet about the movie. I'd like to get my hopes up, but I'll need to see more in order to do that.

I'm a gigantic Ninja Turtles fan, and I have not seen much good Turtle art, not even in the official comics lately, and I must say I love your work with them. Very movie vibe, but looking even better. Totaly shweet. Faving.

Great tones
It may be me, but I think he may be a bit off-balance, specially considering his shell must weight a lot, so he should push his body weight forward a bit...
