This is very nice. I like it. ^.^
The creepy guy's skin is... creepy. No other word for it, but that just increases the greatness of it. The blood's a nice touch, too, especially when it's placed near the mouth. It makes me wonder about what they are; cannibals? Zombies that look extremely human (for the one with no wrinkles)?
Anyways, I love this. Great job! (:
