I don't know, Gatomon has always been my favorite from the first series and Impmon has always been my favorite from Tamers.
Impmon's possible champion form is Wizardmon. In the first series Gatomon and Wizardmon were really close in the first series.
Baalmon is also a possible Ultimate form for Impmon too.
Plus I've always pictured how Angewomon and Beelzemon would work together in battle.
