Yamaha haven't officially made it into an anime, but as far as I know, she appears on the anime Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei and Lucky Star OVA as a cameo, and also a vocal appearance in the finale ending theme of the anime Akikan!. On Youtube there's a Vocaloid Anime, but that's just a fanmade.
This character, Hatsune Miku, was originally a mascot from Vocaloid 2 . it's a singing synthesizer application software.
