it's a plaster cast from pennsylvania academy of the fine arts. the MET has an original bronze cast.

Man, thats pretty. i love white..stuff on black stuff, hah. not the usual pencils on white.. i want to try that method too, i just never get myself together to actually do it.

I really like the black around the shadowed area, brings the image out alot. I would love to see this presented in a frame or something, the cardboard draws away from the image.
You obviously put alot of time into your work, ever find it strange to think, it takes so very long too create an artwork, it doesn't really make sence to think how the image of each and every individual was created, and ontop of that, how fast does every individual's appearance change?
This is a very nice artwork, did you use reference of any form?
