The dark times still didn't seem over, whether it was for the sake of being nighttime or it was to witness the dragonfly not surviving the torturing tasks that the Digimon did on him. He was danging hopelessly by the gripping fingers of Shoutmon while he moved his way to the sleeping purple Digimon of Gazimon, making sure not to wake him up. Hawkmon and Gaomon both followed where Shoutmon decided to put the dragonfly at his best sleeping place possible: Near his lover's own foot paws, where a bunch of warm fur and slight musk and dirt could enhance the comfort for the tiny bug himself. The dragonfly soared over the giant paws by how the red dragon Digimon stretched his arms to place the insect in between the paws before they decided to hit their own hay.

Nothing could be told for sure who was sleeping and who was only half asleep, but what was going through Veemon's mind was terrifying and he wanted to show his reconciliation back on Danjim, knowing that he did a critical mistake by biting all his wings off from the chances to be free. This was never the case as it kept brought him back on the pole for hours and hours, only just by wishing for a better time where he could move himself around. His legs started to have cramps, aswell as his own arms, while the whole body was feeling the cold winds. He dreamt that he could feel the ropes getting off by how Danjim could succesfully bite them till he was free. In the meantime, a little green acidic fluid was hitting the big wing of the antro dragonfly. It was untold what it gave for a effect, but truth be told that it made a bright glow that made Veemon see it through his eyes. His eyelids suddenly open for the sizzling sound that the impact have made, not knowing what it could deal with as he tried to keep his eyes on for the longest time while seeing this effect it did....
