The tutorial is amazing!
I was wondering if I may ask how you got the effect between step 10 to step 11 you have a kind of glowly effect coming through the little holes in his mouth just above the tongue. I have tried all of the techniques you have explained up to that point and I cannot get that to work >

One thing you can do is get the brush, use white, 100% soft and set it to lighten. Set the opacity to 60 or 40, experiment a bit, I'm sure it depends on your individual pic, but just dab it in the open space. you should get something to that effect, I just finished my own version of this and you can see where I used this technique: [link]
