This was a very interesting and unique job I did earlier this year.This is an air leg minerwho mines gold in Kalgoorlie, Western Australia, and it was cast in 1000 fluid OZ. gold.
Thats 99.99% pure fine gold.. and it weighed about 35 KG when finished.
We poured 1.3 million AUD dollars worth of gold into the mold..
Dont get many artworks as unique as this one!

It was amazingly heavy and took alot of effort to move it around.. we ended up treating it like a boulder and rolling it across the workbench.. a very surreal experience.
