This idea is a good one, but could be execute better.

The thing I like is the symmetry of it/contrast. But the thing that jumps out at me first is the legs. Well, the paws look like hands on the white figure. There is no thighs. On the black figure's legs, there is not a space separating the connection of the two legs (crotch.). I won' ask why the mouths are coming off the face or the lack of nose, but I'll suppose it's because it's a cartoony style.

As for the rest of body overall, for a hanging form they look very stiff and lack any sort of movement. That could be easily remedied by looking at a ragdoll online (sort of 3D human tool thing) that you can click with your mouse and see how the body hangs. Since these are animals just compare and use the legs of a cat to see where they bend but it's basically the same.

Although the shading is the pillow shading you should avoid, it looked pretty alright. But I suggest establishing a light source to make it look a little better next time, I just see a random front focused light.

The eyes look maybe a little cold and dead - don't know if that was the intent, but they can use a little highlight to brighten them up, because a front focused light would reflect the eyes.

Lastly I like the background. But I feel the blood spatter could have a little variation in thickness, as it's just dots. Most of the ideas in your gallery feel this way, that they are good in idea, just work on the anatomy, and try to spend a little more time on backgrounds (if you want them to resemble something, not be simple like this).

How is it possible to hang from the corners of your mouth without the skin tearing or something like that?
Also, I'm pretty sure you can't see eyes through hair...
To be honest, I'd be uncomfortable in both positions. The anatomy is so weird and wonky, that if my body was turned and twisted like that, I'd rather die. :b

I'm honestly not sure how to even begin with how bad and disgusting the anatomy is on this. v_v so I won't... at all.
