I've broken a record. Although it is 1am, I have ruined all chances of being productive tomorrow, my hand probably has carpal tunnel and I spent way too long looking at clothes, 13 has been revised.

Name: The 13 (referred to mainly as The)
Gender: Agender, goes by all pronouns. Mix it up, you creative folk
Overview: The is a world of surprises. Her mood alters as swiftly as the wind with little hope of anyone catching up with her. She very much speaks her mind, and although she is quite sporadic, she can hold a good conversation and good relationships. She can be quite dark at times and has no filter on her terrible, terrible mouth.
13 speaks with living speech bubbles, which take up physical space. When touched, their consistency is similar to a marshmallow, though if someone was to eat one 13 would feel it and suffer accordingly. The more she talks, the larger the speech bubbles get. After a few seconds, they tend to disperse and fade into the atmosphere. Some scientists believe her speech bubbles are repairing the hole in the ozone layer.
To explain The's hair, she shaved parts of her head for absolutely no reason. She is not dirty or unclean in any way, she just has an eccentric head of hair that includes a whole lot of hairspray.
