This is where I got my wig. I'm not sure if she's currently taking custom orders for costumes, but you can ask. She's super nice. she does have a few Columbia pieces up in her ebay store,as well.

I was lucky enough to inherit most of the costume from the Columbia before me. She's and excellent seamstress. (she's also a super frikkin' cool artist and sideshow performer, if you're interested [link] )
