Download the zip file to get parts one and two of this tutorial. I included more screenshots so it would be as easy to follow along with as possible. That's why there are two parts. Zip file also contains the brushes and textures used to create this tutorial.

The coloring is not exactly the same as my 'the radiance' design because it was the only part of that graphic that I couldn't remember how I did. Sorry about that.
