Why don't you add the brush files instead of pictures of them?

I use pictures because not everybody that tries my tutorials use paint shop pro.

Could you post links to the brushes so I can download the brush file? I don't know how to use them when they're on a white background.

What program do you use? Have you never created your own brush tips using images?
I don't have links to all of the brushes used in that tutorial because some of them are from sites that are no longer open.
I use Paint Shop Pro, so if you use the same program I can talk you through making your own brush tips from images. If you'd like.

I use photoshop. I only know how to make brushes when the background is transparent.

I believe it's done the same way. The white doesn't show up when
you use the brush. It's basically transparent.

Not at all, it was very simple. Even for me who only uses Photoshop, I found it really easy to translate as well.

I think some textures are missing. There is no victorian or grunge textures in it.
