This originally started as just Terra wielding a fireball, but it eventually grew, and became one of my favourite scenes in Final Fantasy VI.I guess I've been playing FF 6 a little bit excessively again ^_^; not that that's a bad thing eh? I do think I've spent too much time working on this thing though, and am not looking for any critique really (I know there's quite a bit wrong with it, so sue me).
I might upload another version later with smoother shading, if I can ever get photoshop or paintshop pro working on this machine -_- so I guess this'll do for now.
Final Fantasy VI, Terra, Locke, Edgar, Magic, and all that jazz is copyrighted to SuareEnix (formally Squaresoft) 1994. I don't own these super awesome characters, although I wish I did.

I have to agree with ya, this is one of the best moments in the game. The Opera house "Aria di Mezzo Caratterre" scene has to be my all time fav though... Perhaps I might draw that one next

... Whoa. I just got my emulator working again on Hank, and I JUST got to this scene the other day. Crazy. 
Anyway, it looks wonderful! Terra looks great, and of course one of my favourite scenes in the game too. ^_^

Indeed it does. However considering there's no need for Antdot that early in the game, and that magitek armor can be confused with Edgar's Noiseblaster, the choice of fire was rather obvious to me.
