Here is the new concept art for Pumyra for ThunderCats. I made some changes to her hair because it felt to 50's earth-like. But I tried to save as much as possible. There is a fold out crossbow on the reverse of her forearm band, but you'll have to wait to see it.Related content

I absolutely love the way all of these redesigns have been handled, and Pumyra is certainly no exception. I love the way elements from the fur patterns on the respective cats are adapted for each one. And I've got no problems with the changes to the hair, it works with the overall design.
If I was fortunate enough to ever have my work turned into an animated series, I know what team I'd want to adapt it. It feels like you and the rest of the folks on this series are just nailing it on every front.

Great job, mate.
The hair is a departure from the old style which I absolutely loved, but it retains the two most important aspects, which are the bangs and the stripes.
I love her build. Hope the show uses her well.
I've noticed she looks more hardened (read: more badass) and somewhat different in previews of the episode, but the overall design is still faithful to this picture, and a GREAT redesign nonetheless.
Any idea if she will keep her gladiator clothes? Or we can expect an alternate outfit in her future?

Thank you so much! I spent all day yesterday trying to find pics or clips of Pumyra so I could see what she looked like now and couldn't find anything. So when I found this today I was really happy. She looks amazing and I can't wait to see her in the next new episode.

Sp pretty! I'm digging her long and lean look and for some reason I really love the fact that she's barefoot (as opposed to wearing the spat thingies the other cats have), It just suits her.
