Never had the courage to make one of these until now! It was quite fun and interesting (as well as a bit painful) but a great learning experience. * 3* I'm considering making a few more once I get the hang of it!
The character I made up on the spot and I'm actually considering making her an OC. ^^
No one is allowed to reuse this or edit it in any manner!

Paint tool sai and graphics gale work nicely too and both of those are free c:

Thanks so much!^^ I did use photoshop yes but a lot of people are also able to make them in Paint. Of course that is way more challenging and I don't have much patience for that.xDDD
I started out with drawing an outline in black of what I wanted. I then created a new layer and started to draw over it with the actual colors and went from there. Sorry Im not too well with explaining since it was only the first time.xD however, try searching for pixel tutorials on here. That might help!^^
