This character is very cute; I like coloring and shading of the hair and tail and the accessories are a nice touch (the golden bow and the sharp teeth-like necklace). I'm also impress with the detailing and coloring of the rose bush (I find roses the hardest flower to draw). Overall, your drawing is very pretty and colorful; great job
