The Motion Picture Association of America needs a NEW rating. They can still keep G, PG, PG-13, R, and NC-17, but if they REALLY wanna rate a movie made only for kids, they should consider rating movies K-10, as in "Kids Only".Related content

Now imagine if age rating was COMPLETELY reversed like : -6, -12 , -16, -18 (this means that audiences above these ages cannot see the content and therefore must be younger)

In 2018, as of MPAA Film Rating Code's 50th Anniversary, NC-17 shall be changed to X-18. As you know, X-18 is a combo of X and NC-17. x-18 -- ADULTS ONLY -- Explicit Materials are not Suitable for Anyone Under 18.

The ESRB has a rating like this. It's called EC for Early Childhood. EC games are specifically designed for small children between the ages of 3 and 6. The EC rating probably prevented the E rating from being stigmatized like the MPAA's G rating is now.
Also, the TV rating system in the United States has the ratings of TV-Y and TV-Y7.
