I know. I assume this font was probably made back in the 1990s.

I happen to have this font installed myself. The readme says it is version 4.0,Β last updated on February 26, 1993, whereas an earlier version with way less logos is more widely available.
P.S.: In addition to the logos in this picture, the font also includes CNBC (Γ§) and the logos for local stations in the Washington, DC/Baltimore, MD area, some of which also have variants within the font.
