Description Imagine if, back in 2006, Universal acquired the film and television rights to Pixel Chix. Yeah, remember Pixel Chix? That electronic toy line by Mattel? I honestly think they were cute. I'll admit that it's a very stupid idea to turn it into a series, considering this was based on a Mattel toy line, especially one in the 2000s, but I believe Pixel Chix earned more love than Bratz. While Pixel Chix does have stuff that teenagers would relate to, and can be generic, it's not as overly generic as Bratz.

I'd honestly imagine this as a series on Universal Kids that had 52 half-hour episodes and four seasons from September 2007 to June 2010. I know by 2009, Pixel Chix would stop selling material, but imagine if Pixel Chix was still around in 2010. It would be developed by Shakeh Hagnazarian, who also worked on Hi Hi Puffy AmiYumi, and would even feature Aaron Springer, Todd Kauffman and Carlos Ramos involved, along with-- imagine if Mae Whitman did the voice of Jeanette, the leading black haired pixel chick. Tara Strong would still be in the show, voicing Samantha (the redheaded one), and Carleigh Beverly (the then voice of Dakota Milton on Total Drama) would voice Rachel (the blonde one).

As for the animation, the art style (while containing video game-style elements from the toys, making it have Code Monkeys-ish moments) would be more on par with the classic Cartoon Network shows like the Powerpuff Girls and Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends with a UPA-style animation. the 2D animation was supposed to be done at Titmouse, inc., but I was thinking Boulder Media should've done it instead. The 3D elements would also be done by Boulder Media.

Yeah, it would have some generic teen stuff, but it would make up for it by having writing and humor similar to classic Cartoon Network shows. Yeah, there would be some fart jokes, but only in small doses. The show would mainly rely more on the slapstick humor, making it feel more like a Looney Tunes, MGM, or Woody Woodpecker cartoon. It would even feel like Hi Hi Puffy AmiYumi and Paul Rudish's Mickey Mouse more so than it would Fish Hooks. It would be cute and funny.

I'm sure this would've been the Universal Kids equivalent to how My Life as a Teenage Robot was for Nickelodeon, Hi Hi Puffy AmiYumi was for Cartoon Network, and even the Modifyers would've been for Disney Channel. A cartoony girl show with slapstick comedy. And yes, there would also be anime expressions.

I own nothing. NBCUniversal TV-Y7 logo thanks to paulhobby19 .
