I REALLY wanted the Modifyers to be a Disney Channel or Disney+ show, but since even Disney has no interest, there’s only one other option: streaming. Honestly, Nickelodeon should just cancel their multi-year deal with Netflix, and move ALL of their content to CBS All Access. Why? Because Viacom and CBS have just re-merged to form ViacomCBS, making CBS All Access Paramount Pictures' main competitor to Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Hulu, Apple TV+, Disney+, and the upcoming Peacock and HBO Max.Lynne Naylor and Chris Reccardi did state that they were thinking of reworking the Modifyers, even years after it was rejected. However, due to the death of Chris Reccardi, Lynne Naylor is just gonna have to rework the Modifyers without Chris Reccardi’s involvement.
This should be produced by Paramount Animation and Nickelodeon Animation Studios for CBS All Access. I believe it would be a great idea for CBS All Access to retool the Modifyers into an animated series.
