Seibold has to be my favourite Elite Four member in Pokemon X/Y; because he uses a starmie, is a chef and his flood chamber looks so bad ass.

Just a little bit of critique. I suggest you play with your line weights. These lines are sort of working against you on the form department. There seems to be a huge disjoint between the clothes and the body. You seem to have a nice hold on anatomy. I just don't see the flow yet.
Take it with a grain of salt. I just don't want "my style" to be used haphazardly.
