How did you make the lights? And the reflection, especially at the top... so smooth...

The background, did you do a cloud render and add noise? With a grey BG and then set the noise layer to 50% soft light?
Sexy borders, though. Loving the color.

no fill the layer with color of your choice, then go filter -> noise filter -> add noise -> 0.5 - 1% (monochromatic, gaussian), no need for cloud render
