I painted this while listening to James Horner's beautiful score to the 1995 film. I nearly forgot that he passed away this year. The world lost a truly great artist.
Thanks for the memories, Mr. Horner!
Done on 16x20 illustration board with gesso, graphite, color pencils, and acrylic paint.
