drew this pic [link] and i asked if i could color it. He said yes and wala! here it is! Note this is my first time using photoshop EVER! and i think it came out pretty good. also that is the closest i could come to a ghostly glow
so i hope you like it! also the backround, i had no i dea how i did it! but i like the glitter effect!

Looks cool, but maybe the "blur" looks weird in some places. I think is very good for you first time

thanx. I thought the blur kinda looked over done in a few places when i put it up but, oh well! also were you able to see the gliter version? i cant put it up because DA wont let me (for some reason)
