Absolutely gorgeous rendition of Grell. I love how realistic you made him look. And THANK YOU for giving him more masculine features, plus I love that expression. I also love how you did his hair, it looks less gravity-defying anime style and more like the texture and style of how it would be realistically. Amazing work overall!

Generally the trans community or friends will refer to a Transwoman as ﾞshe" to respect her preference. Though in Grells case it's more likely she's assuming femininity without any changes, which is cool too...
(Since Grell is a character, it may be weird to treat her(him) as such, but it leads to interesting conversations)
