I had done Superman already, so this was a natural sequel that I wanted to do. I got this one done in time for my first big show at the Arts Factory. They are a pretty well matched pair, and both went home together to my favorite art collector. Ah well, hard to hang on to the good ones. I also learned a lot about trying to paint dark on top of dark, truly challenging.
