It's a good sheet alright, my only problem is the air action, try to make it look like she's actully flying instead of standing on tip-toes while flapping her ears.
As for the special, how about 2 chao circling her while doing their Chaos orb attacks. (Look to Cream Battle effects sheet for reference)

She's kidnapped in sonic advance 2 but hardlly has any sprites that y I fort it would be good to give her a proper sprite seeing as she doesn't have 1
